Thank you for your interest in Boss Counseling Services. Boss Counseling Services is a private practice nestled in the beautiful Northern Michigan community of Charlevoix. It is located at 02359 South Barnard Road. 
Boss Counseling services was initially established in 1993 and continues to serve the community by providing client-centered counseling and consulting services for adults and children. It is my hope that as you read through the information provided, it will help you in your decision to proceed with counseling.

My philosophy of counseling: each client is capable of change and growth and the client also has the resources necessary for problem resolution. 

 

Counseling is the catalyst that allows the partnership of the client and the therapist to work together toward the client’s adjustments, growth, health, and fulfillment of life.  The primary responsibility of the therapist is to respect the dignity and promote the welfare of the client.

While it is impossible to change the past circumstances of life, counseling can help facilitate a better understanding of how to work through them and acknowledge patterns that lead to better conclusions, allowing for a healthier and more meaningful life.
